  The Shield Deluxe Support
This morning on startup I received an error that Proactive Defense did not start. The notice was a popup in the system tray like below.



The various components of The Shield Deluxe are run like a movie, Play, Pause and Stop as shown in the red box. I simply opened The Shield Deluxe, went to Proactive Defense and click the Play button and Proactive Defense started to run. This is a similar situation for all the other components of The Shield Deluxe.

i really don't understand this software that much. i wish they would make it clearer to a person that doesn't know that much about computers. i had alittle problem with all the downloads and defense warnings. please make it clearer for beginners.
